Priority Software Support
Our flat-fee annual unlimited support service provides you with support when you need it, as often as you need it, without having to pay on a per-incident basis.  Priority Support covers return call phone support, email support, and remote web-based support. Requires a current subscription to Software Assurance.

OnDemand
For support on an as-needed basis, OnDemand customer support is available either per issue or in a convenient pack of 5 issues. OnDemand support covers email support and remote web-based support. If you need return call phone support or extended support hours, please consider our Priority Support option and 24x7 support options. Each new purchase or upgrade comes with a single OnDemand support incident.

Installation Assistance
2Point software solutions are typically installed and supported by 2Point Solution Providers.  If you have technical expertise in-house, you may not have a need for installation assistance.  You may also find the wizard-based installation to be easy and will have no need for support assistance during your deployment. If however you would like to schedule assistance from one of our qualified support techs to do a remote web-based installation for you, consider this option.

2Point provides a full-featured faxing API for developers to use.  Using this API is free for anyone to use. Support in using this API is available to software engineers that need assistance in making use of the available programming interfaces.
