Technical Support is open Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.  Note that 2Point observes Daylight Savings Time. 

The 2Point support office is closed during most nationally recognized holidays in the United Sates and also closes during the winter break between Christmas and the New Year.

Note:
