Priority Software Support
Priority Software Support is the most cost-effective plan for customers who believe they ’ll need support regularly throughout the year. Priority Software Support includes one year of unlimited calls to a customer support line for troubleshooting and problem resolution on most technical cases. If you wish to purchase this plan, you must also maintain Upgrade Protection (UPP) for the products you choose to cover.  Support calls are returned on a first come first serve basis with those with active Priority Support Plans. Calls are typically returned within 3 business hours.
