With OnDemand customer support, you can be assured that help is
always only an email or remote web session away when your 2Point Solution Provider
may not be available. If you have solid technical support
in-house, and believe you may need only occasional support, the OnDemand Issue level is the best choice. This level provides for
problem resolution on post-installation issues by remote web session or email at a per-incident
charge. If you think you may need help more than three times a
year, we recommend an OnDemand 5-pack for the best value. The
OnDemand 5-pack covers five support issue resolutions and must
be used within 12 months. If you will need assistance with
installation, consider our
Installation Assistance option. If you think you will need phone
based support, we recommend the
