With Installation Assistance support, you can be assured that help with your software installation is always only an email or remote web session away when your 2Point Solution Provider may not be available. If you have solid technical expertise in-house or are using a 2Point Solution Provider to install your software, you will likely not need Installation Assistance. For ongoing support assistance, you should consider our OnDemand or Priority Support plans. If you think you will need phone based support, we recommend the Priority Support Plan.
