Fixed RTF message macro rendering.

Rev. 02
3-15-2005 MsgrExchExt.dll, MsgrExGw.exe
Fixed the following problem.
1. Failed messages stock in MTS queue if NDRs are not delivered successfully.
2. Message is repeatly generated in MTS-IN if the message is not able to submit to a Exchange user.
Add:
1. Send alert message to a selected user.

**** Note for applying the patch ******
1. Stop connector service and Exchange System Manager.
2. Copy the files to ACCPAC Messenger folder.
3. Start Exchange System Manager.
4. Open the Property pages for ACCPAC Messenger for Exchange.
5. Select an administrative account to receive alert messages.
6. Start the connector.

1. Some of the services might not automatically start after reboot if the Exchange Connector is also installed.
2. A DCOM error shows up in the Event Log every minute in 2003 SP1 due to invalid DCOM security settings
