FAXserve 6 for Windows support ended June 30, 2005

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  With the introduction of FAXserve 8 for Windows in May, 2005, support for FAXserve 6 for Windows ended on June 30, 2005 unless you are already under an active support contract.  Contact us today about upgrading.

2Point offers various types and levels of support for all Messenger Series products including FAXserve, VOICEserve, and MOBILEserve. 

End Users: You are required to have an End User Client ID to receive support. Within 30 days of date of purchase of new product or upgrade, electronic support is available free of charge via email and through advanced web based scheduling for post-installation assistance (product must be activated/registered).  It is recommended that you have a support agreement in place or use an authorized 2Point Solution Provider of record to assist with your installation.  Extended support options including installation assistance, consulting, and phone support are otherwise available.

Resellers:  You will need a 2Point reseller ID.  2Point resellers have access to unlimited support.  If you are a reseller of 2Point products and need technical support, please use your 2Point assigned reseller ID when requesting support.  If you are not yet a 2Point authorized reseller, contact us for more information. Extended support options are available.
