Versions of Simply Messenger, Simply BitWare,
BitWare, and BitFax software bundled with a
modem or included free with another hardware
solution are supported by the hardware
manufacturer that built the hardware. Each
version of this software is custom designed for
the modem in which it came with. Simply
Messenger PRO is available as an upgrade.
End Users: You will need an End User
Client ID. Telephone support is available on a
fee basis for installation assistance only
within 30 days of date of purchase of Simply
Messenger PRO. Support is not available on non-retail free
bundled versions or after 30 days from purchase. It is
recommended that you have a support agreement in
place or use an authorized 2Point reseller to
assist with your installation.
Extended
support options are available.
Resellers: You will need a
2Point reseller ID. 2Point resellers have
access to unlimited support. If you are a
reseller of 2Point products and need technical
support, please use your 2Point assigned
reseller ID when requesting support. If
you are not yet a 2Point authorized reseller,
