The following phone systems were tested by
2Point or one of the above board manufacturers
and work well with the 2Point Messenger Series
VOICEserve product through digital integration
or through end-to-end analog DTMF integration.
Be sure you have the correct integration
hardware (voice board) from the above list that
matches the method of integration in the table
below.
When working with 2Point technical support,
be aware that 2Point will be able to assist with
integration questions related to configuration
of the Voice Server in the 2Point Messenger
Series Administrator. It is assumed that you are
already significantly familiar with your phone
system and will be able to make programming
changes to the phone system to match the
integration requirements necessary. If you are
not capable of making programming changes, you
are encouraged to hire a phone system specialist
who can assist you in this manner.

2Point Messenger will
support nearly any PBX/KSU with analog
ports and end-to-end DTMF. Digital
PBX systems with standard ISDN BRI
and PRI as well as digital
T1/E1 station interfaces are supported
as well. Other digital integration, SMDI
interfaces, and other enhancements are
coming soon. If your PBX or KSU is not
listed above, it is still very likely
that 2Point Messenger will work.

systems that have been tested by 2Point
or by the board manufacturer. |

The products listed have either
been tested by 2Point in our Quality
Assurance lab or in customer sites.
2Point does not guarantee 100%
compatibility due to driver updates or
changes and software revisions. 2Point
will do it's best to resolve any
compatibility issues between 2Point
Messenger software and third party
hardware in a timely manner.
Legacy devices may not function
correctly due to lack updates from the
hardware manufacturer or lack of driver
for newer operating systems.
