Select Messenger Fax as your Print Destination

Simply select Messenger Fax as your print destination for your print output. When selected, all print output including reports, purchase orders, invoices, etc are sent to the Messenger Fax software such as FAXserve. Eliminate completely paper, toner, and time at the fax machine when faxes are sent directly from your workstation.

Specify delivery method for your A/R contacts

When your send an invoice and the preferred delivery method is fax, a fax is automatically sent without any user intervention required.  This will reduce the total number of days sales are outstanding saving you significantly on collections.

Customize your fax messages

Configure Invoice, Statement, and Letters to be sent via fax with customizable macros.  When sent via fax, these customized message are automatically merged and placed on a customized cover page with subsequent pages being your invoice, statement, or letter.

Select ACCPAC Advantage Series as an address book from the Messenger Series client to quickly send one-off fax messages.  2Point Messenger Fax client solutions integrate with Windows Explorer, Outlook, and other applications. The address book integration to ACCPAC Advantage Series gives you the ability to choose from your customer and vendor contact data to send not only fax messages, but also email (when integrated with Outlook), voice messages (VOICEserve required), and wireless messages to PDA or mobile phone (MOBILEserve required).
